Take manual control of your KDSS. From the factory, KDSS locks above about 12 mph for on-road handling and unlocks below 12 mph for off-road flex — great in theory, but overly stiff at the wrong times and unpredictable after a lift. This plug-and-play harness connects at the KDSS ECU so you can open and close the KDSS hydraulic valves with a switch. Fits 2010+ 4Runner, GX460 and Prado 150 with KDSS.

• Genuine OEM Toyota connectors, pins and color-matched wiring
• 3D-printed resin connector housing (Toyota never made a true mating connector)

• Simple crimping required to connect your chosen switch

Model Year & Prado Compatibility

Choose the version that matches your model year. Prado owners must check the connector pin layout before ordering — look at the slot next to the connector clip:

• Slot next to the clip is empty → order the 2010–2019 version
• A wire is in that slot → order the 2020+ version
• Right-hand-drive Prados may differ — confirm the connector layout before ordering

Install Notes

• Harness only — switch and fuse box cover sold separately (see the Dr KDSS Factory-Fit KDSS Dash Switch and Fuse Box Extension Cover)
• Use your own wire extensions, connectors and mounting hardware for custom switch locations
• Does not clear KDSS malfunction codes if the system is already faulted
• 2020+ vehicles will show a KDSS malfunction message on the display — press OK and continue
