Shipping Policy
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are generally flat rate and shown at checkout. We partner with a variety of carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Larger items will ship via LTL freight.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. During periods of high order volume or when items are fulfilled by third-party vendors, processing may take longer. Some products require a lead time and do not follow the standard processing time, which will be noted on the product or build time page when applicable. Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
Transit Times & Expedited Shipping
Transit times vary based on your location and the carrier used. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping. Expedited shipping may be available upon request and is handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need an expedited shipping option, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability and obtain a custom quote.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment from our Sarasota, Florida location. If you would prefer to pick up your order, we recommend contacting us by email before placing your order to confirm availability and coordinate a pickup time.
Shipping Damages
If your order arrives with visible damage, we recommend refusing the shipment or noting the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. If damage is discovered after accepting the package, you must notify us within 2 business days of delivery. To report damage, please contact us by email and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. If damage is not reported within the 2-day window, we may be unable to file a claim with the carrier, and you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If an order is returned or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred. If you realize there is an issue with your address before the order ships, please contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, you must work directly with the shipping carrier to update or reroute the package.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping. Shipping costs and transit times will vary depending on your location. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the purchase price and are the buyer's responsibility, except for shipments to Canada. If international shipping is not available to your location, you will not be able to check out. In that case, please contact us directly for a quote or to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.
