1996-2002 3rd Gen 4Runner Fuel Tank Relocation Mounts

Running the F-150 auxiliary tank conversion on your 3rd Gen 4Runner? These EimKeith weld-on mounts handle the physical installation, relocating the fuel tank to the rear where the factory spare tire mount normally lives. The mounts tuck the tank up between the frame rails where it’s protected, and position it slightly to the left for extra exhaust pipe clearance at the tank’s right front corner.

• With a 1" body lift: cut out the spare tire crossmember and weld the mounts in.
• Without a body lift: you’ll also need to clearance the rib below the floor to clear the top of the tank.
