2003-2009 GX470 35-Inch Race Series Long Travel Kit

The +3.5" Long Travel Kit is designed to deliver exceptional off-road performance with 2.5 inches more ground clearance and 5 pounds less weight per lower arm compared to the Standard Series +3.5" kit. The extended 4130 chromoly upper and lower control arms increase track width by +3.5 inches per side and bolt directly to factory control arm mounting locations, providing 12.5 inches of wheel travel with 4WD. Upper and lower ball joints are upgraded to 1-inch uniballs for increased strength and wheel travel. TOTAL CHAOS uniballs feature a heat-treated stainless steel ball and race for superior corrosion resistance, along with a military-grade PTFE woven fabric liner to minimize noise. Upper and lower control arms utilize urethane bushings to reduce bushing deflection compared to stock rubber bushings, resulting in a tighter off-road feel and improved trail handling. All pivots include zerk fittings for easy lubrication maintenance.
