Bilstein 6112/5100 Lift Kit (Up to 3.5") | 2010-2024 4Runner, 2010-2014 FJ Cruiser & 2010-2023 GX460

Bilstein 6112 front coilovers with Bilstein 5100 rear shocks. Compared to front 5100s, the 6112 has a larger 60mm body and piston and heavy-duty mounts, for more damping control on and off road.

What's in the box

• (2) Bilstein 6112 front coilovers, Standard or Heavy Duty (springs included)
• (2) Bilstein 5100 rear shocks
• (2) ASC rear coil springs (your choice below)

Front lift options

• 6112 Standard [47-310025], 600 lb/in spring: 0.7-3" lift
• 6112 Heavy Duty [47-311039], 700 lb/in spring: 1.5-2.6" lift, for 150-200 lbs added front weight

Rear lift options

• 1.5" lift [ASC 5221]
• 2" lift, light coil [ASC 5211]
• 2.5-3" lift, 100-300 lbs added weight [ASC 5231]
• 3-3.5" lift at stock weight, 2.5" with 400 lbs constant weight [ASC 5232]
• 2.5-3" lift, HD, 400-800 lbs constant weight [ASC 5233]

Fitment

• Fits 4Runners with or without KDSS, and 4Runners with X-REAS.
• GX460: Vehicles with factory rear air suspension need an air-to-coil conversion kit.

Recommended add-ons

• Coilover assembly: front coilovers arrive assembled and torqued to spec.
• Upper control arms: recommended at 2.5" of front lift and above (circlip position #4 and up).
• Front diff drop kit: corrects 4WD CV angles. Not required, but recommended.
• Panhard correction kit: re-centers the rear axle after the lift.

Please note

• Lift heights are averages. Final ride height depends on your vehicle, its load, and the condition of its suspension.
• Kits ship unassembled unless you select assembly. Unassembled kits reuse your stock top hats and stem bushings/washers.
• 2WD lift heights can differ because the front end is lighter.
• ASC or OME coils are used, depending on availability.
