Bilstein 5100 Lift Kit (Up to 3") | 2016-2023 Tacoma

Bilstein 5100 front struts with American Spring Company (ASC) lift coils, and Bilstein 5100 rear shocks with your choice of rear leaf lift. The coils make the front lift, so the 5100 circlip stays on the lowest perch for full travel.

What's in the box

• (2) Bilstein 5100 adjustable front struts
• (2) Bilstein 5100 rear shocks (your choice below)
• (2) ASC front coil springs (your choice below)
• Rear leaf lift of your choice (all install hardware included)

Front lift options

• 1.5" lift [ASC 3121]
• 2.5" lift at stock weight, 2" with added weight [ASC 3131]
• 2.5" lift, 200+ lbs added front weight [ASC 5132]

Rear lift options

• Icon Add-A-Leaf: 1.5" lift
• OME Medium Duty leaf pack: 2" lift at stock weight
• OME Heavy Duty leaf pack: 2" lift with heavy rear load (650 lbs), or 3" at stock weight

Rear shock options

• 5100 Standard [24-186728]
• 5125 Extra Travel [33-230337]: needs at least 1.5" of lift and extended brake lines
• 5100 Long Travel [33-319070]: needs at least 2.5" of lift, extended brake lines and extended bump stops

Recommended add-ons

• Strut assembly: front struts arrive assembled and torqued to spec. No spring compressor needed.
• Upper control arms: recommended at 2.5" of front lift and above, to restore alignment and droop travel.
• Front diff drop kit: corrects 4WD CV angles. Not required, but recommended.
• Extended brake lines and bump stops: keep slack at full droop and protect the shocks.

Please note

• Lift heights are averages. Final ride height depends on your vehicle, its load, and the condition of its suspension.
• Lift heights assume the front circlip is on the lowest perch. Do not raise the perch with lift coils installed. This can damage the strut and voids the manufacturer warranty.
• Kits ship unassembled unless you select assembly. Unassembled kits reuse your stock top hats and stem bushings/washers.
• 2WD lift heights can differ because the front end is lighter.
• ASC or OME coils are used, depending on availability.
