RETURN POLICY

YOTA MAFIA RETURNS

NO RETURNS OF INSTALLED PARTS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

All orders are non-returnable after 30 days of it being delivered to you.

You are ultimately responsible for ensuring accurate and correct parts are in your hand before installing. If you install incorrect parts on your vehicle or attempt to install parts, YotaMafia will not accept a return of any installed or attempted installed parts even if the incorrect parts were sent. Once a part has been installed it can no longer be returned under any circumstance.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR INSTALLED PARTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged parts you must notify YotaMafia within 30 days or a return/ exchange will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for 100% of return shipping and a 5-10% restocking fee will apply on returned parts. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all assembled suspension kits such as RTR kits, old man emu and all Bilstein products carry a 20% restocking fee the kit was ordered assembled.

You acknowledge by ordering an assembled suspension kit there is a 20% restocking fee plus applicable return shipping charges.

Apparel & Gear:

We accept all returns on apparel within 30 days of it being delivered to you.

Stickers & Decals:

Due to the nature of stickers, we do not warranty stickers

Parts & Accessories:

All aftermarket accessories are susceptible to that individual company and its return and warranty policy.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange your apparel or parts order, please email info@yotamafia.com with your order number in the subject title and a full description of your order, and what you would like to exchange your order for. Please be as detailed as possible.

Returns:

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 5% is subject to all orders, no restocking fee will be applied if an order has not been shipped out. All Suspension assemblies are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please make SURE the following is in the return package to ensure faster service:

  1. Items you are returning
  2. Copy of the Returns slip
  3. Copy of original packing slip

Cancelation Policy:

All orders are subject to a 5% cancelation fee.

Credits on Returns:

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and funds added back to your account. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3 – 5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
