Radflo’s Stage 4 Lift Kit is the best option for a top tier suspension kit for your 3rd Generation 4Runner. Not only does this kit upgrade shocks, coils, and upper control arm, but it’s been proven to handle anything thrown at it off road.
The front 2.5” shocks (6CT 004 1A) come with remote reservoirs that also feature compression adjusters. This allows you to adjust your shocks on the fly. Whether you want to stiffen it when you hit the trail, and soften it when you get back to pavement, you have this ability.
Additionally the front shocks are able to be upgraded to extended travel shocks. This allows you to articulate more on the trail, keeping tires on the ground for more traction.
Rear 2.5” shocks (6ST 009 0A | 6ST 009 1A) also are remote reservoir and come with compression adjusters. This is super beneficial as you may have more weight in the rear and need to run them stiffer. Or even more so when towing or adding weight.
ARB’s rear coil also features a stiffer spring over stock. Allowing to handle more cargo weight, as well as weight from towing or bumpers.
SPC’s upper control arm (25460) is a must have, and is mandatory for extended travel shocks, as they exceed what OEM upper control arms can when fully drooped. They also help keep alignment in factory spec, and require no maintenance.
It is recommended to upgrade coil options if you are already running more weight, or plan to in the near future such as roof top tents, bumpers, or skid plates. Feel free to give us a call at any time if you are unsure of what weight coil to go with for your build.
