Frequently Asked Questions

Q – When will I get my order?

A – Orders are processed daily (Monday-Friday) and a shipping confirmation will be sent out as soon as your order has been shipped. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, shipping inquiries should be made with the designated carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). If your tracking status says “Label Created, not yet in the system,” that means that your package is no longer at the Yotamafia warehouse and has been dropped off at the shipping facility, but it has not yet scanned in to get the shipping process started. Please give them 1-2 business days to update this status. If your product has already left our warehouse, we have no control over where the product goes. Please contact your designated carrier (found on your shipping confirmation) about the whereabouts of your package.

USPS Concerns:

  • Packages are not being scanned in until it is delivered.
  • Packages dropped off from Yotamafia are sitting at USPS facilities for a long period of time before USPS starts to move it
  • Packages are showing delivered but customers have not received it

Please be advised: Yotamafia contacts USPS for every order that has an issue, The only response we get from USPS is “ALL USPS representatives do NOT know any tracking information besides what is provided based on your tracking number.” This means they can only tell us what we already know when we click on the tracking number. From our experience, Packages WILL show up, just very late.

Q – How late will it arrive?

A – Usually 2-3 weeks Late. Yes, we know that is unacceptable, but we do not control USPS operations. Also please keep in mind, when you pay for shipping, the shipping time frame given to you is provided by the carrier, USPS (NOT Yotamafia).

Q – The tracking number shows it’s in transit but arriving late. What does this mean?

A – Please keep in mind that during the holidays USPS does get very backed up, ALL of the tracking numbers that says arriving late, WILL ARRIVE it is just late.

Q – How do I cancel an order that’s already in the hands of the shipping carrier?

A – We will process the cancellation once we receive confirmation that the package has been stopped. We will then issue you a refund. If it is too late to stop the package, you will have to ship the product back to us before we can issue a refund.

Q – Where is the rest of my order?

A – Depending on what you order, some items will ship out separately from different warehouses. This includes items like bumpers, roof racks, and lighting products such as Baja Designs, certain suspension parts and all other products that have a lead time.

Q – What if the item I ordered is made to order?

A – With the wide variety of products on our website, we have many of the items on our website in stock at our warehouse. There are some items that are made to order and have a lead time. These items include:

  • Radflo Suspension
  • King Suspension
  • Icon Suspension
  • Prinsu Designs
  • DB Customz
  • CBI Products
  • Lil B’s Products
  • Certain YotaMafia products such as brake lines can also be made to order
  • Other products that are custom fabbed or specialty built

Current lead times for these items are posted on the product page. Once these items are manufactured, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation after you place an order, they are still in the process of being made. If the timeframe has passed, feel free to contact us about the status of your order.

Q – How do I install my new product?

A – You can find many product install videos on YouTube. You can also check out Trail4Runner.com and TrailTacoma.com for high-quality step-by-step install guides and product reviews on most of the products found on YotaMafia.

We ARE NOT liable for installations. Most products can be installed at home but are recommended to be installed by a professional. Please do not attempt to install anything if you do not understand the installation videos. We recommend that you consult with a professional that can assist you. We are not liable for damaged products due to improper installation.

Q – What if the item is out of stock?

A – If an item on our website is indicating that it is sold out or out of stock, it will be back in stock within 3-4 weeks. We do not have an exact date for when the item will be back in stock. To receive notifications for when items come back in stock, go to the product page for the item that is sold out.

Q – How do I return an item?

A – Please make sure to read our return policy and email info@yotamafia.com to start your return process. Please reference your order number in your email. Once we receive your return or exchange, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. We cannot authorize your return the moment that you drop it off. We need to receive the item first.

  • For International Orders: Please be aware that ALL International orders are subject to a customs/duties fee. It is your responsibility to take care of this fee.
  • Sponsorships: At this time, Yotamafia is NOT offering any sponsorships.
